Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and employee wellness expert in Franklin, TN. She graduated from the Dietetic Internship program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and prior to this, earned her B.S. in Human Ecology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a CDC Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach and past TN Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Nashville Media spokesperson. With fifteen years of experience in the nutrition and food industry, Karman has extensive experience with recipe development, nutrition writing, and culinary instruction. Her goal is to help others feel more confident in the kitchen and focus on the good in food rather than fearing it! Karman has been featured on PBS and in national publications such as Glamour and Food Network. She is the author of Eat To Sleep: What To Eat & When To Eat It for a Good Night's Sleep, and The Everything DASH Diet Meal Prep Cookbook. Karman graduated from Miami University of Ohio, and completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
